Terms and conditions

General Information to our customers and some operating rules:

Because above all we want to ensure that your experience on board our boats is a success that you want to repeat and refer to your friends, we count on you to follow our advice and directions, thus keeping everyone safe.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 09:oo am – 08:oo pm
Saturdays: 09:oo am – 10:oo pm
Sundays and holidays: 09:oo am – 06:oo pm

RESERVATIONS

To make your reservation just call us or send us an email. Reservations will be confirmed after the payment of 50% of the agreed amount. Full payment must be made prior to shipment. All our exits are conditioned by the weather.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO CLIMATE CONDITIONS

Discoveroasis – Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel, without penalty for Discoveroasis – Boat Tours, conducting tours due to weather conditions (rain, fog or bad weather). In these cases the refund will be 100% of the amount received.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY CANCELLATIONS

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 30 days: 80% refund of the amount received;

29 to 8 days: 50% refund of the amount received;

7 days or less: No refund.

PROGRAMS

Our programs are predefined or, whenever requested by the client, tailor-made.

CATERING

You can bring your own food or drinks for any trip. However, if you prefer, we can assist you with catering. We have several menu proposals from one of our partners (André Mercearia Familiar – catering company and Patio Antico – Italian Restaurant).

CLOTHING

We recommend you bring comfortable clothing, sports shoes and sunglasses. At the end of the day we recommend the use of warmer clothes.

USE OF LIFE JACKET

Children under the age of 5 and all guests who cannot swim must wear the life jacket throughout the ride.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ON BOARD

For safety reasons alcohol consumption on board is allowed in moderate quantity.

SKIPPER

All instructions and commands given by our skipper, both at the time of boarding and already on board, must be respected and followed in order to maintain the proper safety conditions. Otherwise, Discoveroasis – Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel the services.

LITIGATION

According to Law No. 144/2015, in case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Lisbon:
